- Materials
- Aluminum 6061, 7075 and project-specified alloys; stainless steel, carbon steel and engineering plastics on request.
- Process
- 3-, 4- or 5-axis CNC milling as required, drilling, tapping, deburring, surface finishing and marking.
- Applications
- GPU accelerators, AI server trays, accelerator carrier assemblies, board retention and compute-platform support structures.
- Tolerance
- Per drawing; selected critical dimensions may be reviewed to +/-0.01 mm where manufacturable.
- Finish
- Anodizing, hard anodizing, bead blasting, chemical conversion coating, plating, painting and laser marking.
- Quantity / lead time
- Prototype and low-volume orders supported; timing confirmed after drawing, material and finish review.
- Documents
- Material certificate, inspection report, COC and applicable RoHS/REACH documents can be agreed before production.
Keep accelerator boards supported, aligned, and serviceable with a bracket manufactured to the real assembly datums.
