Drawing Review
We review the available CAD files, drawings, materials, tolerances and quantities.
About The Finer Parts
The Finer Parts provides custom manufacturing support for companies developing mechanical parts and hardware products.
We work from customer drawings, CAD files and specifications to provide CNC machining, sheet metal fabrication and injection molding for prototypes, custom components and low-volume production.

Every project starts with your requirements. Send us your 2D drawings, 3D CAD files, specifications or samples. We review the part geometry, material, tolerances, surface finish, quantity, and other manufacturing requirements before moving forward.
When a project involves multiple manufacturing processes, we can coordinate the required parts under the same project.
Industries We Support
Our manufacturing services are particularly suited to engineering-led hardware applications. We continue to expand our knowledge around these applications while manufacturing according to the customer's actual drawings and specifications.

AI servers, GPU systems and liquid cooling, including server chassis, mounting components, cooling manifolds, cold plate components and CDU enclosures.

Structural parts, mounting components, end-effector parts, fixtures and custom mechanical components.

Camera housings, sensor brackets, optical mounting components and precision fixtures.

Custom enclosures, brackets, mounting components and precision mechanical parts for laboratory and research equipment.
Quality Control
For custom manufacturing, quality is not simply about whether a part looks good. It means the finished part meets the dimensions, tolerances, materials, and other requirements defined in your drawing. Before production, we review critical specifications that may affect manufacturing and inspection.
For precision CNC machined parts, sheet metal components, and molded plastic parts, inspection requirements are determined according to the drawing and agreed specifications. If a critical requirement is unclear, we prefer to confirm it before production rather than make assumptions.
How We Work
Custom parts often involve details that cannot be understood from a product name alone. That is why we work around the engineering drawing. Our goal is to make the sourcing process easier without creating unnecessary work for your engineering or purchasing team.
We review the available CAD files, drawings, materials, tolerances and quantities.
The appropriate manufacturing process is evaluated based on the part design and project requirements.
Manufacturing requirements, pricing and relevant project details are confirmed before production.
Parts are manufactured and inspected according to the agreed specifications.
Finished parts are packed and prepared for shipment to the customer's destination.
