Specifications
- Materials
- Aluminum alloys, stainless steel, copper alloys and project-approved materials selected for the specified coolant and system design.
- Process
- Multi-axis CNC milling and drilling, turning as required, port machining, tapping, deburring, cleaning and finishing by project scope.
- Applications
- Rack manifolds, server manifolds, coolant distribution modules, direct-to-chip cooling loops and liquid-cooled edge systems.
- Tolerance
- Per drawing; selected critical dimensions may be reviewed to +/-0.01 mm where manufacturable.
- Finish
- Anodizing, hard anodizing, passivation, plating or project-specified treatment; fluid compatibility must be approved by the customer.
- Quantity / lead time
- Prototype and low-volume orders supported; timing confirmed after drawing, material and finish review.
- Documents
- Material certificate, inspection report, COC and applicable RoHS/REACH documents can be agreed before production.
