- Precision CNC milling, micro-feature or channel machining where feasible, drilling, tapping, flatness control, finishing and inspection.
- Applications
- CPU and GPU cooling development, accelerator modules, power electronics, high-density computing and liquid-cooled industrial systems.
- Tolerance
- Per drawing; selected critical dimensions may be reviewed to +/-0.01 mm where manufacturable.
- Finish
- Machined finish, polishing, plating, passivation or project-approved treatment; thermal and coolant compatibility must be specified.
- Quantity / lead time
- Prototype and low-volume orders supported; timing confirmed after drawing, material and finish review.
- Documents
- Material certificate, inspection report, COC and applicable RoHS/REACH documents can be agreed before production.
