- Laser cutting, bending, tapping, hardware insertion, welding when required, deburring, finishing and assembly support.

- Rack manifolds, chassis manifolds, coolant connectors, hose supports, leak-sensor mounting and liquid-cooled server hardware.
- Tolerance
- Per drawing; bend, hole, flatness and welded dimensions are reviewed against the structure.
- Finish
- Powder coating, painting, anodizing for suitable aluminum, plating, passivation and marking.
- Quantity / lead time
- Prototype and low-volume orders supported; timing confirmed after drawing, material and finish review.
- Documents
- Material certificate, inspection report, COC and applicable RoHS/REACH documents can be agreed before production.
